We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry.   If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit only.  Items must be in the exact condition as I sent them.   They cannot be worn or damaged.  Additional shipping charges will apply.

We ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.  (For example, all orders received Friday evening-Monday will ship on Tuesday.  All orders received Tues evening-through Friday morning will be shipped on Friday.)  Shipping and Packaging costs are USPS $4.00  and International USPS rate is $6.00.  (International rate does not include tracking.  If tracking is wanted we will ship FED EX for an additional fee).

We try to only sell to one boutique/store per city/area because we understand the benefit and integrity of exclusivity.   At present, our line is among the top sellers in ALL of the stores we do business with.  We use the best materials, stones, pearls at the best prices.  Your store will not be disappointed.  Be the first (and only) in your area to carry this award winning brand. We hope that nothing ever happens to your jewelry, but in case something went wrong in production we hope we can fix it for you. We also know how its no fun to loose an earring.  There are some earrings in the collection that we can duplicate and some one-of-a-kinds that we cannot.  If you have lost an earring please send a picture to our email address and we can let you know if we can make a replacement pair.
